And remember if both players want to, you can play the full amount of frames if a game has ended before all frames have been played (i.e. someone has reached 12 frames overall), if you're interested in racking up a few more frames on the golden cue

To be fair chris, what player would continue to play the rest of the frames when their already out of the competition?

I know people probably wont, and I'm not saying anyone has to. But that would be the only reason to, and I have no idea if anyone's actually interested in the golden cue haha

Suppose you have a point, but those near the bottom of the golden cue probably wont agree to continue playing frames.
