All games were very tight and close, each of us had a game winning fluke so the flukes evened out i think. Came down to the last frame and i was clearing up misjudged a shot on the 6 ball so i had position on the 7 but not great, potted it and had worse position on the 8 which i also potted but i had to put so much power and spin on the white it shot around the table and made an easy nice impossible to cut. I had to try a double to the top right which i thought for a second was in but it missed and the white rolled in. Phil had an easy shot to the nine to win it.

Could have gone either way at any moment though, Phil played well and well done mate again

Good match this. Started off very even going to 2-2, then i got 2 7ballings and a runout in a row. Nothing he could have done there. It went 5-3 and then he was so unlucky to foul black in the last game.

Well the uk8 final had it all.

6-5 me overall but damn did he make me work for it.

TBH there was nothing more he could do, the first couple of games were dodgy with him fouling then me fouling black.

He went 4-2 up and I pulled out the performance of my life.

4 runouts overall, 3 back to back to back. I was in phenomenal form.
