Pathetic? you failed to hand in posts you had made and all other things which resulted in that result which was given whether you know about the rules i set last season or not.

Apology accepted and since nothing major has been said in the above i will accept the review and await your message with the rest of the evidence on this one occasion. As soon as i receive this information i will contact the default panel to try and get a decision made as fast as possible.

The league table is being done as we speak though and it will be posted on all clan threads for people to see, so if the decision is changed then the table will rectify that in the next day or so.

Craig - He showed willing yes and some of the default panel took that into consideration when making a prediction but as my post did state at the side of each default it went on majority of votes and that was the majority in that particular game.

Yeah cool mate no worries, just remember to send it. Unless Liam can send it all just now as a few panel members are online. It can wait till tomorrow though.

Again the tables will be rectified to show the new result if their is one when the decision is made.

Probably best if I do it tomorrow mate, got a lot to go through and i've got some of the links and quotes saved from my info so will take me less time than him doing it from scratch.

Little input from someone not involved in leagues now and someone I regarded as an absolute pro at doing default info - ME, lol

Default panels can only go on the info sent in by the player or captain, not their job to go searching the forums, if you leave anything out and the result doesn't go your way theres no point shouting about it, make sure you send everything possible, things like messages sent and received, links to all posts done on both clans threads, links show the panel the posts do exist and also add a little note explaining your side, things like ignored pm's for example, I know theres no proof of them but it doesn't do any harm.
You give all the info and I'm sure the panel will get it right, if not then shout about it because obviously something is wrong.



Just a little note to the team mates who'll shout all season about how default results are obvious and should be so and so and how the panel got it wrong, unless you can see all the default info from both sides save your breathe, no point unless you have the same info as the panel.

In the past we did used to go through threads, that is where the mix up happened, Liam did write 'I'm sure you have seen all the stuff on the Eagles thread'
I'm sure they had but the rules are now that you can only use what is submitted, he didn't know that as i'm sure a lot of people still don't and it's being reviewed when we get the info in tomorrow so we're happy with that, league runners are happy with it as obviously getting the right result is the most important thing so all good.

Never to late to give a bit of advice.

Thats great but its so obvious to send the info for everything you want taken into consideration, I've sent quotes since I started running clans, until last season I think it was when Jay told me to just send links because there wasn't enough space for all the info I was sending lol

Mine was 4 messages worth long this time lol I should have checked it too but to tell you the truth was done in after a days work trawling through their thread for an hour to get all mine out...I will be punished by having to do it again tomorrow don't you worry

You must have wrote an essay to go with it, no point in that as theres no proof for an essay, unless its down somewhere in black and white its useless info, only real proof is messages and links to forum posts and thats the only real info the default panel can go by.

its clear if it isnt submitted its not included

this rule hasnt just been introduced this season, it was in last season and very clear

your rant over the injustice of other teams awards, wasnt really connected to your teams default

is mikee for example getting the same luxury afforded to you or any other team with a default, to put in extra information after the deadline

8.4 Sending info to the League staff
Clan Captains are expected to make sure that all relevant information (for example private messages) are sent to the League staff either no later than 48 hours after the fixture period ends, or by a deadline as notified by the League hosts. After that, the default is processed, with or without support information, and all decisions are final at that time.

You can ask for a review I did was accepted get over it, some people don't play for defaults so not as aware about them as you 2 no offence ( actually offence was planned)

just opens every default up to be reviewed in my eyes
once a precident is set then its for everyone

liam any team ive ran or being with hasnt had a default in over 4 seasons so it aint personal

From my mvp days me and ab always got copies of all default information and either sent it or checked it to make sure that everything was included. Really all captains are responsible to make sure that all information is sent the first time round as if your player doesn't send the information it is really the captains fault for not checking what was sent.

My point is that it should be your captains responsibility to check what information you send, so it is to do with them.
