20 minutes is the MAXIMUM time they're giving for a straight game. That means no game should realistically take longer than that. An average time would maybe be 12 minutes. If your games are taking close to 20 minutes, you're in serious danger of being DQ'd out of a tournament for being terrible!! That also means you should not be playing the straight games for your clan.
