No one is saying pick who goes to division one, that would be a silly idea.

Why not let the teams in div 2 decide if they want one division or 2? They seem to want to going from this thread so far. Look at the tables, there's only 2 clans who could say they've had a competitive season in FCL out of 10 (with an 11 folding). So lets keep things predictable and uncompetitive?

You shouldn't invite captains to discuss, everyone is already invited to discuss. Some just choose not to discuss and to focus on people not content.

it's not being intimidating until people start to argue and throw accusations around, new people were posting before that.

When people start posting with no discussion is when the thread goes downhill

So you want teams to be beaten by the same people 4 times + each season.

Why not give them fresh challenges, fresh idea's like 1 division. It's been a while since it's been in the FCL. Seem's like it's gonna come back in sooner or later.

Maybe a captains vote to see how much of the league want it? Let captains do their own polls to see what their clans want.

Can't believe i read through all of that and only seen a few heated moments, getting better i see.

I see all the points being made as to why keep it at two divisions, but then again i also see the points made to make it one division. I won't lie, i like either or but like others have stated each one has bad points.

I can make two divisions work, and for the record if it was kept at two divisions then Underdogs would be in the division two (If they passed pre season) as i am already having to promote Mouseketeers who have even said there self that they don't deserve the promotion but folding and everything happens in clans. If another new clan was made then yes a possible move to first division for Underdogs may be needed, but then again we don't even know who is going to pass the pre season anyway so it is hard to tell just now.

For now i am going to try my best to keep it as it is, even if one clan did not make it into the league it would make both divisions even in numbers (If it was a new clan not to make it)

I also think that if we ended up with lets say with eight or nine clans in the league so a possible two or three not making it then i would seriously consider just the one division.

The only thing i don't like is doing all that work for two divisions to then have teams fold during the season. I do not agree that with the comment Lee made about Shooters though, Shooters never ruined the division one, they were also a good clan no matter what people think and it was discussed for quite some time about the folding as they were losing some players in rapid succession, that in turn made the choice to fold a hard one but during that time they tried there best to complete any games they had and as fast as they could. Sadly it never worked out and in turn folded. Division one was still a hard fought battle between all clans and alot of those games were nerve rackingly close.

Trying to be constructive and help Seb with with his future posts. A subject you brought up and felt the need to comment on here. Just continuing YOUR topic!

Shooters folding did ruin division 1 (not saying it is their fault, it couldn't have been helped). There was a significant drop in the competitiveness of div 1 after shooters folded and the gap from top to bottom increased. As soon as that happened it was not really interesting at the top other than the fight for 3rd place in FCL and FBL

Wasn't the only one or even the first one to say it Jay and it was in reference to being a 6 game season after that.
Hardly the first team to lose players, Seb stole 15 of ours in a couple of days once

May have ruined it for you, but from a person who see's all in the league i don't think it ruined anything as the fight for third was always with Team Angry, Latin Legends and Shooters if we are all being honest. Even though i think Latin Legends could have done a bit better as they did start off badly if i remember as they drew MVP/SS in first game and then TA i think.
