I think the schedule that has been shown above it probably the best schedule we could have given, the break is not too long, even when FCL has finished the FBL is continuing so there are games to play.

The time allocated to admin work is crucial, it gives us time to update the site, create all the new tables, account for all the clans, get team sheets and arrange the matches and ensure we have everything sorted before the season starts as we have had a few errors with the cups this season

Good spot their, that could be removed due to that rule so there would be another week less to wait.

yeah but not everything on here relates to football, i don't mind how long the break is, i like games but i like to relax as well so doesn't bother me really.

other people only log in for clan games so interest would disappear

Alan the only real trouble with removing that week from the possible FCL schedule would be that both leagues would not be alternative weeks then as FBL needs that transfer window as they have a different rule to the FCL.

Of course teams have difficulty getting the right player to there teams tokko, not everyone as got the resources of man utd, man city, real madrid etc etc etc

Transfer window could be from the 13th August until the team lists are handed in for the pre- season games. doesn't matter if it saves a week or not, I just dont see the point of it when players can move freely between seasons.

Maybe not James mate. You can relate to any sport tho (football is the most popular sport in world).

If i remember correctly the FCL had a 2 month break last season and not many people really complained about it.

No mate the rule they have prevents that. They have to be released unlike the FCL. I'm totally lost now to be honest, lack of sleep.

Well you have to remember these are only the first drafts of the schedule, the transfer window section can be looked at but the rest is perfect me thinks.

There is only 1 week between FBL ending and the proposed transfer window on the schedule so really that makes no difference.

Basically, we can change the wording so rather than having a window. Give the deadline for transfers to be completed, in this case...

FCL Deadline: 30th September 2012
FBL Deadline: 7th October 2012

Then the admin work can commence as per the schedule.

I aint fussed about the break to be honest with ya Jem, make it 3month if ya want for me , ill still log in play a few games and maybe play on the darkside to pass a little bit of time till the season starts

Theres no such thing as a 1 week transfer window in the FCL tho, players have always been able to move freely between seasons, maybe the FBL should look at doing this.

Im pretty sure you had to have captains permission last season to move clans in the FCL.

If i remember correctly you still had straightline in MVP on a diff name and LL couldn't sign him in the FCL because you wouldn't release him even tho he asked you to be released
