Also bluenose, you accepted UTs fbl team list with kirk on it and put the fixtures up on the website, yet when he demolished his opponent, thats when u decide its void....

That is an FBL matter and if you actually done your homework you would see what actually happened.
what happened was an hr before team list deadline, mich sent in his list, u accepted it, and put it on the site, kirk then played his game and then u decided it was void....
you was FULLY aware of michs situation and the fact he couldnt put kirk in on team changes, yet you still accepted his team list vs vipers until kirk beat pusher

As I have told you the Kirk thing was ut's fault as much as league runners NOT just jay, not just me but there was a few reasons.

I was never eligible when the fixture was released, and only FBL lets a player play from the date of the 1month rule.
FCL (is and has been ever since the rule came in) doesn't allow a player to play until the start of the next fixture set.

If Jay was going to release fixtures on Monday then your eligible, if Sunday then your not.
I would have thought Monday was better for this fixture as Sundays deadline would be on the night of the euros final.

I don't believe anyone is biased here the Kirk decision wasnt just jays doing he spoke to me also and I had to agree. Yet I can't be biased against a clan I'm affiliated with?

Not being accused of absolute rubbish at the end of the day. If others think that then they clearly have no back bone as they have not said anything.
If anyone wants to run this clan league and take on the pressure and the constant abuse then please message me and i will give you all the access to the league site and what ever else is needed. Until then i will carry on as usual. . Thanks

Originally all games are to be released on the sunday, only when he was busy did he plan to do it on the monday...so still makes me ineligible

I know a person who was gonna do it in the first place and take it off dgens hands, but no, u stepped in.
Im sure that person would still step in and do it if they were asked to do so, and then we can maybe get it back to the high standard that was set from the beginning of clans.
Then if you really think that then have someone message me where i can give them all access to the league and they can run it from now on.

The monday would have made you eligible, you would be exactly a month old. I wanted to release on the monday but again being busy ruined that so i released earlier and the only reason i never asked your captain to change you in the list was because i did plan to release on the day that you would be eligible!
I also said above that i would have changed the deadline to the Monday to give the full two weeks.

yes but if games are due on the night of the euros final and then most people will be watching the euros final.
sometimes i wish pool leagues would adjust the schedules to things in real life.
i.e. xmas time we try and make that the transfer window or a break, pool doesn't.
we actually started our league 3 days late (Wednesday) as we have killer and can't expect people to play killer at 9 pm when the euro final is on so we moved it a few days to make sure it was after the euros.
