Ok guys, as Captain of this team i would like arguments down to a minimum, this is not directed at anyone in this clan or outside of it i am just saying it's not what it should be about.

It's about winning games, having fun and a little banter here and there don't hurt but all the other stuff makes it less enjoyable for everyone including me.

I no it gets stressful at times, but it's better to bite the tongue
