Also no one has said bl3ss3d is captain for FCL, bl3ss3d has simply been allowed to make subs, swaps, sign players and release players. no "captain" next to his name

1.10 Forming a new clan
New clans are permitted entry into the league only between seasons and at the discretion of the league hosts. A player wishing to form their own clan must have experience of playing in a clan for a minimum of one season on their current username, League Runners will not take previous accounts into consideration.

and again

1.4 Player transfers
Between each season there is a transfer window during which players may move freely to any other clan without restriction.

After the transfer window has closed team sheets for the season must be submitted to the League to be registered. From that point onwards any player may transfer to one other clan only. Should the player not be happy in the new clan they do have the option to return to their original clan. All player transfers must be posted on the appropriate "Team Change" thread. Player(s) do not need the permission of their clan captain to move to another clan. It is urged that the player(s) do let their captain know that they are transferring to another clan.

No where there does it say a captain has to post a team change, and no where says about someone taking over an already formed clan, reading the rules to suit them i think!

All the above says what it says, no player can make changes to the team like i said. The above also applies to a vice captain even though the rules do not state that but if you want to try and argue that to then i guess ill keep it as captain only so vice captains can not do anything about new players.

Rules do not fail your brain fails to understand what they say.

No where does it even mention a player can make team changes, hence the partial bit of rule 1.4 which you missed in your quote of that rule. Captains reserve the right, if players did then it would also say players.
