I have already said you have normal permission for subs and swaps accpeted but you can not make team changes. Everyone knows normal players don't do that and if they tried then the team change would not be done until a captain or vice said so.

I'll re-do those rules and add a bit at the end saying just for bl3ss3d if you want, maybe then you will understand it and stop accusing me or being biased towards you or anyone else.

Last post, its_me is down as a vice captain Unless it has been changed but as far as i can see it was not changed.

EDIT: Tratter could do this but just been informed he was removed as a vice a few days ago.
