no ones fault just one of them things, i even thought you didn't have to post permission in subs thread but in clan threads but i was wrong.
sarah has reposted rules (i think) on all clan threads so people know in future and this can be avoided.
unfortunately the game has gone to default so we can't change the past, i still think permission was given but whats done is done so we just have to wait.
dan i dunno if it will be 6-0 unless your guy was completely inactive but lets see what default panel says.
i didn't mind either way.

As i have previously said, captains will be messaged once i have heard back from sam , and a decision has been made.
It is no longer up for discussion , and i suggest that all teams follow the correct procedures for subs this fixture, to prevent the same problem reoccurring

I think you're wrong about saying these cases are the same. As I mentioned before, one is by a player who was not affiliated with the clan in question (it could have been any random person from the chat room).
Latin Legends clearly wanted red4ever to sub in, as is shown by the multiple posts on that day and the next in which it is implied and openly accepted as fact that he has permission.
exactly as i keep saying, Shooters was in pm only, Legends was on thread too.
I don't play in the FBL div 1 so the games dont affect me, clearly what we have here is 2 clans pushing a perfectly good played game to default, it also suits one of them clans if it goes to default, its now come back to bite them on the bum as a sub in their fixtures wasn't posted properly.

MVP have always stated that we are happy for any of our players to post subs. We message and post on our clan thread who to look out for and who to play if they see them to get games played. All our players are aware that we will let them know if we want them to sub or look for players.
Other clans did not want the freedom of any player posting subs and only the captain and vice could post subs, i am not sure what the agreement for the clans in these 2 instances are but maybe all clans should think a bit more as to how they want their clans to run.
Surely there has to be some level of trust and if a player from Clan A ends up playing a player from Clan B, the result should stand as it is better than games going to default as subs were not worded/posted correctly. Everyone keeps going on about tactical subs as captains would not want that player subbed out etc. All captains should be actively encouraging any player from their clan to play any player from another clan when it gets near deadline day as it is far better games are played than go to default.

Just so you all know, the following was posted in the Subs thread before the season started and will be posted again before next season starts.
After chatting to Sarah I'm now posting to give permission for all MVP players to be able to post subs when asked to watch out for opponents.

what has been lost in both matches is the fact that both games were played by eligible players and nps there and poeple did there best to get them played .. that has been overlooked
what happened people with vested interests got personal, be it right or wrong both matches were minor oversites
because it was shooters, people decide to have opinions hardly unbiased, but as everyone knows im very protective of my clan, the 2 teams involved with most of the comments
also made an error of judgement, hardly a crime .... but hey 2 matches same problems one has gone to default we await the other with baited breath.
i will abide by any decision made by the FBL because i know its fair
but what i will say when reading people say send it to default etc, and making predictions of 6-0 is a little premature.
if its a default because players didnt make enough effort to get the game played before, this will be looked at
an effort was made by a team dosnt and shouldnt make any game 6-0 and default bonus made, that is not automatic is it
that is for our unbiased default panel to sort not for players or teams to predict im sorry thats not your job that is the leagues and will be treat like anyother default

yep spot on, for Snooker Squad me and Seb are always around as is Danny and Toluca so normally not a problem, if me or seb can't make it or post then we say you have permission to sub in

Our player was pretty much inactive for 2 weeks and we focused on other games, we got lucky that red4ever could sub in and play after they'd made virtually all the effort. Any point we got from that was a point we would've have gotten in a default. We can't see how we'd get a point. Simple.
Our only effort was an invalid sub, which can't be considered effort.

ty for comment zante but lets leave it to defaults team and let them do the predicting otherwise people may call you biased for trying to do what you think is right
