Again reading the written in black and white rules which might be different now, where does it say that reading this thread is part of being a captain.

Where in this entire thread and discussion did i not say it was not my fault, i already admitted to a mistake that was made what else do you want? You won't get an apology like i already stated because to be quite honest i am only human and mistakes are made.

I shouldn't need to message anyone either, not in the job description. League Discussion is for every member to have a look at, if they want to. I notified each clan about the case your actually arguing about to have a vote! It is on your clan thread, if you miss that then it is not down to me in the slightest.

Yes, the site is updated on a daily basis. Results and Subs are done usually once a day or more. League tables are updated every few days or more so that each clan can get a rough idea at where they are in the standings.

Don't see what the problem is there though, even though the above sounds like a little, it actually isn't. There is a lot more work involved with the likes of the Individual League and so on.

Excuse me if i don't have the time to notify and ask every clan about something or post about it.

Rule changes in the season should be notified.

Don't get me wrong Jay, I am not saying you don't make a massive effort. I do not envy the task you have but I am the captain directly affected by this rule change I knew nothing of.

Any other captain would quite rightly query this if, as myself, they knew nothing of this. Again I guide myself by the rules written. It just so happens it's me and I will quite happily seem the bad guy for doing so if I feel Divine Foces are negatively affected.

I would just like to state that its also part of the captains job to keep up to date with whats going on, if captains dont want to read league threads well thats up to them, league runners aint there to run after people, bit of effort and common sense by all.

The rule change was notified though, on this thread. Could have put it in Clan News thread (which people should read) but there was no point as this thread is the most active.

I really don't see how this actually affects the clan though, fair enough you lost a player due to the rule which was not on the site because it was my mistake (which i will apologize for) but he made it clear in the message he sent me and the post he posted on here earlier in the night that he wants to remain at Team Angry.

Not wanting to sound mean or anything to that player but by doing what he did has he actually should loyalty or reliability? No in my opinion.

There has been no rule changes this season, so need to notify. One error on a website is all. And as you posted on the rule change if you had read the result of the rule change you would have known about it

It is a captains responsibility to keep up to date with things. I would always check league discussion thread as if things are getting discussed that will have an input on my clan, i want to get my point in and be able to keep on top of what is going on

I have ran clans and never before have i experienced rule changes within a season or the need to follow endless argument threads.

When we both were at Crazy Eights and i was captaining, there was a few rule changes in the middle of the season. Ones which where for the better of the league. Just like this one was, well with the majority that voted on it, they thought so.

It is not in the rules that a league runner has to notify each clan though? So in return that means myself and my runners have no obligations.

OK That would never happen, but yes you would know as it would be posted here. Again i do not need to post on every clan thread when in fact if they want to be up to date then they would do the reading that they need to.

a genuine discussion about defaults, last few seasons (without activity tracker) i have noticed that the defaults are guess work and with 15 frames makes it harder (unless same amount of info is sent in), we tried div 1 doing div 2 defaults etc but i don't that didn't work either which tells me its the large number of frames to be processed as lower the points going to default the easier the choice is so what can we do other than play games to make this work?
