I'm getting sick to death of this instead of arguing about it why not go and sit down and have a think and give your idea across. That is what i have been doing but people are more fixed on arguing rather than listening to anything right about now.

Danny - If something between the captain and the player happened within that month they would want to leave wouldn't they like most people would so putting a month on it would not work i don't think.

Week break half way through the season and transfer window would be open during that break kind of thing.

also i dont see why we need a transfer window before the friendlies as usually the teams are set before the season ends

i think no moving after one week before season starts. then a one week window mid way then no movement till after.

why on earth after agreeing to transfers would you now want a window aswell ,, i guess it opens a discussion up

but the idea is to help clans survive a season, captains should be concentrating on getting games played and lowering defaults not planning to have 4 players in place just incase half way through a season ,, you loose players

Even if that means waiting 1 day/week/month or till the next season to join the clan that will give you the amount of games you will probably expect to play

Because clearly players and some captains have an issue with it, the season has not started so the rule in place just now could be taken as a test run (clearly people think it is failing).

The transfer window half way through the season could maybe work, if people agree to it and it is discussed about rather then argued about then maybe we could get somewhere.

I need to go just now for a bit, i will look at any posts that are ideas and things like that when i come back.

agree with that, a proposal for next season, after clan entries, take a week break to sort matches, ask for teamlists etc and in that time no transfers are allowed, so then it will stop last minute rush to sort match lists.

at the same time, take another week off after the friendlies to do the league schedule etc.

then season might not be as rushed

I'm not sure what the actual situation was, but I thought everyone can transfer once per season, regardless of the reasons.

Which is why I got confused when captain's permission got added to it, what's the point of asking a captain's permission when they can't refuse.

A new idea to bounce off you how about a player can move once in a season but only if the transfer is handled properly.
By which I mean an offline message to the captain from the captain of the team the player is wanting to join and/or the player. Waiting for the captain to speak to the player and possibly try convincing them to stay, after that happens player still wants to move they are free to go.
That is what should happen not publicly slating your current team and damaging them before you move...If that happens then you shouldn't be able to join another clan for that season.

Lee, im happy to accept if a captain doesnt want to release a player, i mean thats the rule and should be followed. the handling of a transfer you just described is how i attempted to go about it - i think that is how all transfers should be done, it would be a civil and respectful way of going about things

you are abusing your captain position, maybe its best you do fold because you clearly are not a people person; which you need to be to run a clan.

it is when someone message you this as i take the rule as you got have a good reason to leave a clan that was not a good reason in my eyes cause the clan not active
