leave the personal vendettas between yourself and Rick from the forum please.
If you wish to send a complaint (goes for anyone here) then send a message to diamond_jem (if Jay isn't around then she can tell him), bluenose1872 or myself, dgeneratio.
before you do however i am going to use a quote i hear so often on this site...

I disagree James, if they have a complaint about multiple accounts then they should use contact us and get it dealt with properly by site staff.

i mean in general adam. if its multiple accounts then its up to them if they want to report to admins but should also report it to league staff so warnings/suspensions/bans can be given promptly

James, I think that this new suggested rule is a good idea, that existing loophole should be closed. An individual person should get counted not the username.

i agree but for this season it was purely on username since its close to end of season there isnt much point changing until it ends

Can there be discussions without arguments please? Surely it's not hard!
Opinions are bound to be different but this can be done constructively quite easily.
Here is a section from the posting rules which I expect ALL to read:
Please can you respect other members. We understand people do not always get on with each other, but please can you have a certain amount of toleration to other members. If you don't agree, try not to launch an attack on them, but answer back constructively. No one wants to read through pages and pages of abuse. Please be polite and tactful, and considerate of others feelings. Do not post accusations against other members, instead use the in-game send complaint.

14. SECOND ACCOUNTS
If you are found having a second account in the league then you will be warned, suspended or banned from FCL depending on number of offences you may have and the seriousness of the crime.
Warnings from FCL rule breaking previously may count as well so in theory you could have a suspension or ban straight away depending on previous convictions.
All warnings/suspensions and bannings will be carried over to future usernames you may have a second account outside the FCL has no bearing on the FCL so no punishment will be issued for that (funkypool punishments is a different matter however).
from the rules as the person in question only has 1 account playing in the league then no punishment is needed
if it was next season then it would have been a different matter

Yes you've missed something majorly, once again.... Angel only has one account.
And after the discussion with dgen, unless he has changed his mind, that one account is a vice captain and member of defaults

defaults team doesnt count as they run defaults they do not play. so 1 account run and another play.
don't forget people still been in default staff while being banned (when i wasn't a runner).
like i said though she only needs her name changing. she only has 2 predictions left.
once season is over its up to Jay and Jem what happens.
