i see what you mean now but as both accounts aren't in the league at the same time then no league rules has been broken, i only take action if both accounts are in the teamlist section (even if one hasn't played).

there is an important discussion i wish to share with you though and i want Jay and Jem's attention on this one.

Clearly the rule about 2nd account has not sunk into people but there is a loophole as we have seen already this season which allows you to have 2 usernames in the league if they aren't in the list at the same time.

for instance, early this season someone deactivated and then came back under a new name this fixture (still equals one account) but heres my idea. to cut second accounts even more i suggest only ONE account can enter and play in the league.

e.g. Player A deactivates during fixture set 2
Player A comes back during fixture set 5 under a new name

if my idea would be implemented as Player A already played a fixture earlier in the season then they couldn't play on this new username for remainder of the season.

i am not expecting everyone to like this or even to agree with me but thought id put the idea across (bare in mind this seasons rules would stay the same)

thoughts?

technically under current rules its treated as a new person unless both are in the teamlist section, my idea would change the league forever.

Being a clan league runner does not make them responsible for the rules of the site (unless they are mods/admin of course). It is down to staff to stop players using multiple accounts, not the clan league. Dgen did not say that having 2 accounts was correct by site rules, but that if anyone did then they could not both be in the league. He does not have the authority to ban a players second account from the site so can only do what he can with his authority in the clan league.

Yeah, i agree, one person (not player) can only play under one accounts in any one season. This therefore rules out creating a new account as means to get round any of the other rules.

No you can't because multiple accounts are not allowed, however it is not the job of clan league runners to deal with this, it is the job of the site staff. If you believe 2 accounts to be being used by 1 player, use contact us and tell them, along with the evidence you have to support it. Don't moan about it on a forum.
