lol i think we should just leave it as 1month and cant join untill next set fixtures after ur month so for example
my month up on 16th but fixtures started say 14th i got wait till the next set which is the 21st.

Just to summarize what is now the minority position:
I don't want to decrease the punishment or get away from the 1 month rule.
I want the punishment to be the same for every player.
Currently, it is 4 weeks for some and 6 weeks for others. In any rules system, I would consider that unfair. The same "crime" deserves the same "punishment".

so by going by HIS words Jay should be banned from making the fixtures

Being banned from funky means you can't play in the league. Has nothing to do with making fixtures.

I don't see the contradiction. How is jay being treated differently than anyone else who gets banned? Jay isn't allowed to play right? Same punishment.
As dgen has explained, jay isn't the first person to be banned but not kicked out from running the league. So actually same treatment.

ye hes been banned for his crime on pool i agree, but this clan league is funkypool related no matter what ya say so the same punishment should be relieved of league duties

Nowhere does it say that being banned means you can't be a league runner.
