i think i have made 2 threads about this now!!!!

2nd time in 2 weeeks i have lost ranking points at 880. becaus both me and my opponent get dq'ed not to mention the micro tournament that 1 won but got dq'ed in the final, and also lost points for that!

worst of all with the evidence of my results, the tournament spread sheet, i cant get my ranks put back on, ???

i love this game but i gotta say, annoyed now and well there goes the slightest idea of me buying the premium. and if i was a premium member i would of asked for a refund...

I bought premium and still don't get my error problem looked at I sent the problem on the 08/05/11 at 19;29 1 week later still not processed

This happend to me the person got a bye and i got DQ, if this keeps happening why isn't it getting sorted.

WOW. simple answer, peole that have high ranks play for high ranks, i am a high ranked player and i only enter these tournaments because its the only way i can increase my rank, with out sitting on here all day playing for 0.3?? for a win,

basically every1 i hae ever seen with a low rank has had a 40 or less win ratio and has like 1 runout, wow they are good, and not to mention alot of them have played alot more games than pretty much all the high ranked players ( apart from onua) so in a way its very Understandable why high rankers spend their time playi9ng for 0.3 rank and then the site crashes in a tournament and gives their opponent get 7 points?????

But seriously Nick, you're talking about attracting more people to this game, but you're probably driving more people out than in at the moment with this problem.

To my knowledge this has not been reported before.

Some people have been losing connection due to circumstances beyond our control, but thats well documented already.

Nobody has mentioned the game freezing before, is this the case before everyone gets logged out? Whe its frozen can you move the cursor outside the game window? Can you close the window or do you have to use task manager?

I think he's referring to the connection freezing, not sure about the game window doing that

Fed up of idiots like you saying the same crap over and over again... saying 'get out more' isn't going to cure the problem. And for your information the majority of us here do infact 'get out more', we play this when we're not out doing things, and we don't expect the game to keep screwing us over.

It is happening at the end of the game. Instead of giving the win to myself or the opponent and having the option to start a new game, a long pause in the game happens followed by the 90 second countdown. You can still close the game, it is just the gameplay that freezes.

Mark im sure i have had this what you are having against kirk in 8UK Mara last night, it froze but i could still see kirk shooting and eventually it logged me out! Took me 5 minutes to get back on.

Mines froze one time to a white screen in a tournament semi-final but I could hear the opponent potting then coming to my shot and the clock counting down etc.

i am also a victim of this atrocity you all speak of
