This mean we face a team twice so a team gets both home and away chances?

do you get a larger bonus for winning if you are an away player?

i reckon though that you should get a larger bonus for winning if you are away, because they have most likely chosen to their strengths or your weaknesses or possibly 1 of each which, therefore, would make it harder for the away player to win.

I must say it isn't something that hasn't been considered, but it's certainly worth thinking about.

I'd like to hear people's thoughts on maybe making the away bonus as 7, but the home bonus as 5 points? Not a drastic amount, but a bit more of an incentive...

With Kirk's point, yes you play twice, but you won't play the same players the second time round, so the strengths/weaknesses may be different.

EDIT: It wasn't considered...I lied.

I've been looking over the plans and can't see any major problems so far...

One thought I had was subs, as we know being an issue recently was what way would this be handled ? For example can players in a fixture be swapped, subbed in again after being subbed out, does anyone apart from captain or vice have to ok subs ?

Who's going to handle default panel ? Sorry if I sound like a policeman, just a few things I was curious to know that I'm sure you guys are working on

Thanks

Only the format has been agreed on so far, will set about with rules etc. soon enough, but swapping is unlikely to be allowed, so once subbed out a sub cannot be subbed back in. The subs will just go through the captain, any problems about a sub can be submitted to a member of staff-and a default panel will be started, ideally with members of each clan.

More to come, watch this space.

I have to disagree with away bonus points being more, you don't get it in football, you don't get it in rugby, you get it in no sport yet it is harder to win away as you have the majority of the crowd against you and the pitch dimensions are different and possible refereeing decisions favouring the home side.

So bigger bonus points for me is a big no no

so theres no away goals rule in the european leagues, I'm confused as to why a game can go 2-1 1st leg and 3-2 to the opposition the next leg and there's no penalties involved, after all it is a draw on aggregate, so how do they work it out, sorry I'm a dumb lower league supporter so I have no Idea :/ (sarcasm: of course it's decided by "away goals") however I wouldn't have it in this event personally.

Love you too warney, just find it funny how you can say "away bonuses" don't happen in football, even though youre favourite club has played in these competitions

Loosely. Any subs will probably be posted on a thread for subs, or messaged to a league runner, but we won't stop any subs going through unless they've been involved in a sub during that fixture. If there's a complaint about a sub, it can be submitted and we (league runners or a specified panel) will review the sub.

And Rob, away goals isn't away bonus points...
