like 2 frames or 4 frames otherwise you are giving someone more opportunity for the bonus points by having 2 breaks to 1 or 3 breaks to 2.

No if you did not get the GB/runout that is when the balls remaining total would kick in, so almost always getting at least 1 bonus point unless you win every time on the black, and yes I was thinking about an even amount of games.

i think 9 ball should be less than UK as on 9 ball its easier to runout but its easier for a gb on UK so i don't know lol

I like the sound of this, however people would need to be on top of there game, and it would take some explaining to certain members.

I quite like James' idea about specialist players for each game type

I dont think it's fair to single out one game type than another, that is like saying I should get less points for a uk runout as I get them often or chris should get less for a 9 ball runout cause he gets them often.

The rewards are fine, and i dont like the specialist game type tbh, id rather play them all because then you determine more the better player imo

and for players who dont understand the bonus system you could make up points as you go along

its true the specialist games wouldn't work on here as most of us is decent at them all but it was only chance we had on snooker as one team was dominating and this way gave them all a fair chance.

i also had a bonus system in place which was a separate league from clan league so its like 2 leagues to play for

1 Point for half and 5+ run in carom (golden break and 20+ run)
2 Points for cent and 10+ in carom (runout, 7 balling and 50+ in straight)

also making an individual league for my clan league which was a separate league from clan league so its like 2 leagues to play for.

its like a leader board where it counts halfs, cents, 5 + runs and 10+ runs (gbs, runouts, 7 ballings, 20+ run and 50+ run)

Not overly enthusiastic with the idea, and not too sure that everyone would record it, but its definately the along the right path and still worth discussing to see what others think

I was thinking to do this league a bit like the snooker league when clan captains nominate players for each type:

2 9 ball
2 8 ball
2 8 uk

Na if you read above i said i wasnt keen on this and dgen said it's not very feasable for pool. I think mich's idea is the best one atm

yeah mich's idea is cool, michs idea, with bonus league (whatever rewards he wants to do it at) and possibly individual league like mine above will be good imo and it will be way different to FCL and FPL and probably a league worth playing

Only way i can see dgen's idea working is adding many frames, cos snooker is longer than pool and be pointless if its just 2 or 3 frames
