I have come to a decision, I have played in clans now for 8 seasons and this imo seems to of gone too far, not at the fault of just one person, I have no beef with anyone on funkypool nor have done and don't want to, I like to play on this site in my spare time (which is valuable to me) to enjoy myself, from what I have read on this thread tonight i'm not sure this would be the case in this clan at the moment so have decided not to play for Cobra's.
This isn't just because I'm loyal to who I think should be captain, even if the clan goes under a different captain, I won't be playing, sorry to all and hope all this does get sorted so we can all just play pool in a friendly atmosphere as it should be.

Right now, who is captain and has been since Kev was banned?
(and you can't speak of loyalty since he has been running it since and you have only recently joined since left a clan because you wanted to join a div 1 clan)

The captain was banned (unlike DT)
Fiz was part of the clan (unlike Owen + DT)

I need to step up in this discussion.
First of all I don't see the issue here because of this things:
1. kevross started this clan and if he return and when he return he will be the captain of Cobras
2. when clan was started i was named vicecaptain so in situations like this I am in charge of this clan
3. as i had lot of work about my baby and i didn't have time to dedicate myself to this function i passed captain role to dark_chocco
4. until kevross return (on saturday or next year is the same) dark_chocco is captain of this clan and is in charge for every decision about clan
5. we in cobras were always great team who is helping each other as chocco helped me in taking over the clan, I sincerly hope it will stay that way
6. please don't make rush decisions and please don't make issues where they shouldn't exist

by behaving in that manner all season
