This clan is running, DT isn't

owen was never the captain of DT nor in it, nor did he get permission off the captain

owen has proven he isn't ready to make a clan successfully without the help of someone yet


If this clan had folded when Kev got banned and Fiz tryed to resurrect it he probably wouldn't get a similar response as owen because -

The captain was banned (unlike DT)
Fiz was part of the clan (unlike Owen + DT)
Fiz hasn't tryed to start clans then leave/disband them soon after
Fiz hasn't previously tryed to 'steal' a clan name from a clan he wasn't part of (owen had)

etc

it only can be resurrected if the captain capped the thread and uncapped it to bring it back.

say if aaron uncapped wipeout thread, or horse uncapped MVP or master_p00l uncapped FPB threads then it would be resurrected as it got capped.

example:

mich got UT thread capped over 6 months ago and now brought it back meaning resurrected.

I think the fact that he has another clan pic up tells you how much influence he should have since the clan has not stopped running and Fiz has been running the clan ^he has not

Jigsaw's tend to take long to build up, so don't expect me to do it within seconds

when i was captain of warriors for a short while i still let kirk have his opinion and get players in and maybe even make decisions as he was founder

i dont care if you and kev had a hissie fit with each other anymore this has gone too far and has got to stop getting rid of some the clans best and active players is out of order since kev entrusted you to look after the clan while he was gone.

keep the argument under wraps yeah? caused way too much trouble and this has surely got to get capped now. kev comes back saturday so it is obvious that he will take control again.

if you had a problem with him chocoo you should have left clan like you did originally but doing this to get your own back is plain childish grow up. (this coming from a 14 year old).

You have no idea of what has happened, and just because you have led another clan does NOT mean that you have the right to interfere with the way cobra's will work. Kev has had his time with the clan, and now i'm in charge of what happens in the clan, and if you dont like it, i suggest you post your pety comments elsewhere.

Not Fiz's fault about everyone else jumping in - only one person whos caused the kick off - Fiz has only done what he has every right to do

Saying getting rid of the best and most reliable player is ludicrous - did you even look at the situation or just jumped to conclusions?

Onua left the clan twice and joined again - no wonder Fiz felt messed about by him

And as of Kev's banning - hes relinquished all claim to the captaincy of the clan - and it goes to the new captain (Fiz) until he relinquishes it

It is possible that the ban has been extended due to Kev going against it and coming online and he could be out a lot longer

At the end of the day though i always talked through things with you though and didnt make demands.

Yeah I've got to agree with that! I know people were led to believe I was Kirks lapdog during the period I was in charge, but it wasn't the case.

At times I ran ideas past Kirk through respect as we still go on. But as it stood, it was Violet's clan, then Kirk's, mine and then Zak's, depending on who was in charge.

And in this case its now Fiz's clan.
