Seems like you're the one encouraging the drama - trying to take over as a player from the captain
Telling people to leave the clan
Saying people have left who haven't seen yet (doesn't matter if they will follow someone - they can make up their own mind)
and despite saying you've left, continuing to act like you own the place - telling people to go away and what not
If you have left - dont post here again - no drama
if you haven't - stop kicking up a fuss and wait until kev comes back
Very well said zack, but i must re-iterate that kev did appoint me as the captain back in time. However, over the past few days there has been a crisis between me and kev and i've decided not to let kev back into the clan. Okay, fair point about him being the founder, but does that mean that the founder of Untouchables has the right to tell mich to go away, just because he is the "founder"? The captain has a much higher role than the founder.

Although i see the point where dark_chocoo is coming from.. i think that kev should be allowed back as captain...
As for you mich.. doesnt the sheer fact your contradiciting yourself help...

doesnt the fact that dark_chocoo is captain mean kev influenced that decision.. obviously kev cannot have possible handed the captain to dark_chocoo because kev cannot influence funkypool when banned/from outside funkypool. Dark_chocoo is stating that kev handed the captaincy to him, how can this be possible when kev himself couldnt of known he was going to be banned. This overall means that nobody was appointed captain... meaning that nobody has full responsibility over the cobras.

Kev has been online on many banned accounts dictating which he wishes to be done.
those accounts were not banned until after he had said so in a way he wasnt a banned member when he told chocoo to be captain just when someone reported him.

But I know for a fact that there are clans which change captains and never make such a big fuss when a slight change is made to the way the clan is run?

Kev was on as himself when giving orders, which is risking his own back not using someone else to do his dirty work for him. I did say no banned member can influence a decision yes, and this is a rule yes.
However when someone is a friend of a banned user and the banned user asks them to do a favour ie. step in as captain the friend will.
They have now fallen out Kevs loss.

Well the first post was when there was no captain - so no one in control - and so it was accepted that chocoo was then captain
after that point (whether Kev said it or not) Fiz was the captain - so all decisions are his to make
(oh and it would be you're not allowed to post on behalf of a banned user - they can still run the clan i think as long as there aren't any posts on their behalf. would be a league banning to stop the involvement but again that would only be for that league)

The clan was still running right after it. Therefore it was continued, not resurrected.
