Not the first time I have seen you telling people to stop commenting on other people's threads either.

Freedom of speech is for everyone not just you and people are allowed to be biased on THEIR OWN THREADS talking about their own games and the bullying is the weakest of weak arguments.

Weak argument again Kenny the point being made is you can't tell people to stop posting on threads in one breath then point blank refuse to stop posting on the 8's thread when you're asked repeatedly and start preaching freedom of speech!
As I said at the time as well the discussion was obviously well and truly finished when you stuck your 2 pennies worth in. Your only reason for you commenting an hour later was to try and throw your weight around.

Just to clarify i'm not part of any 'witch hunt' in my opinion just because of one persons comments it's crazy to fold a clan and easy enough to ignore but that's just my opinion. Just remember though you started this discussion all i'm saying is you've got to make your mind up.

then i said a fair comment about how when someone logs out of agame ,it might be 2 balls potted but by the time the other player sees that it could 7balls a misunderstanding.

just a little idea for defaults, no one will want games going to default lol

I like the idea of no defaults, how about unplayed games carry over to the next week, captains from each clan get to pick an active opposing player to play the fixture, can be any player even one thats already played.

example:

team angry v cobras = 1 default

team angry choose kev04 from cobras
cobras choose poolbiird from angry

poolbiird v kev04

ipotalot-I don't see why the site has to be so complicated our pub leagues just use a blog done on blogspot. Captains post the results and the runners update it and do the table.
Might be missing something but thats all we need isn't it? No computers need to be on 24/7 or have special software because all the discussions and news can be done on here.
All the results for this season can be got off the clans pages if need be.


cmurphy-Unless the computer is being used as a web server, in which case it would have to be on all the time so people can access the site.

Personally, I think using a Content Management System like Joomla makes life a whole lot easier.

I really like this idea! Let's see if others agree.

Surely the downside to that is if results aren't going your way and you only have 'weaker' players left in your last few games, or as subs, you will deliberately go for the default?

That way your 'weaker' player is guaranteed a game against their 'weaker' player.

Taken to the extreme then 'good' players drawn against 'weaker' players will never get a game?
