So thanks to this extension mess up we miss out on bonuses and golden cue scores. Awesome. I know it's not your fault James and this is by no means a rant personally aimed at someone. Don't see why we should be doubley penalised for being caught in the crossfire.

Its not the best for the folk who worked hard for there points but the only way that it could go when tlk got booted was for the points to be taken away. As an overall comp in the golden cue race, it wouldn't be even for the players who have one less match, not having the opportunity to gain those points from a tlk tie.

But if there wasn't an extension you wouldn't have played those games anyway or got the bonus points either?

Yes I would have made sure they were played before Sunday. The extension relaxed the urgency by a week didn't it!

Tbh we shouldn't be punished in any way shape or form. We aren't the ones who made the mistake!

At first I didn't agree to default bonus points after the original deadline, but that is when the extension was a week, as the extension was only 3 days I now think because it was a decision made by the league runners to try keep the league running smooth all points for golden cue and default bonus should be applied, if the games got played then well done to the players, during the extension or not, doesn't matter, I might be wrong but it looks like only one game between both Divisions was unplayed at the new deadline, players and clans shouldnt be punished for the league runners decision.

There were no terms and conditions given out with this extension, so why is it we suddenly find out the scores dont count towards golden cue? Might as well have just done defualts if the extension does not include the rules from the original deadline.

Games played after the deadline, any points earned by the individuals should go towards the golden cue etc, but any team that have completed their games in the extension, those teams cannot get a bonus for completing all their games if they do it is a joke.

How? We were led to believe there was a weeks extension that applied to all clans! At the time of this extension there was no mention of bonuses and such being exempt. When they changed their minds again we were left with 5 hours to play the fixtures. Hardly anyones mess up but the league runners is it?

The extra bonus points have always been for completing your games in the two weeks, just because there is an extension to the duration you cannot benefit for being able to play games out with the original deadline. All teams were aware if they completed all their games in 2 weeks they got a bonus, the clan runners could extend it to 4 weeks to play it is irrelevant, the team bonus is for completing in 2 weeks. If teams who completed games out with this 2 week period that the bonus is for were to get the bonus it would be a joke.

Actually i'm pretty sure the bonus is applied for no games going to default? So with the extension none went to default, therefore making teams eligible for the bonus.

It wasn't put in so that teams who cannot complete all their games in 2 weeks but can if you give them an extra 3 days to play them should benefit and get a bonus.

Well obviously not! But its very rare that an extension is given. So it just seems like a grey area to me. I'm pretty sure its for completing games before the deadline. The deadline was extended, games were completed before the deadline therefore.

Ok, I never made my point clear enough before i think. How can you seperate points earned as a team from points earned as an individual. The reason that the points are deducted from the overall team score are the amount of games played. Hence a team that wins the league because they played a game extra is just a joke. Again I feel bad for folks that played there match, within the time scale or extension or whatever you like, but to be fair to folk in the league going for golden cue, these points HAVE to be deducted.

For example as it stands, if i had a chance at the golden cue,I played the 10 games that i can score and scored 120 points. Mike the man gets the points counted against tlk, so he plays 11 and scores 121, how is that fair?

Dear dear onevisit, this has nothing to do with TLK. This is about division 1 matches being caught in the crossfire, such as the 2 i played against topdogs and unbeatables. I got 2 12-3 wins but they wont be added to my overall score apparently.

For clans that have completed all their games with in the original deadline and deserve the bonus as per the whole reason of it, how can it possibly be fair that clans who didn't bother to get all their games played by the deadline for the bonus to apply, then receive a bonus due to the league runners deciding you can have an extra few days to finish the games, if the teams that completed after the original deadline receive the bonus, i for one next set will demand an extension if our clan doesn't have all our games completed so i can get a chance to get the same bonus as we didn't need an extension this time so we must be allowed one as well as no other rules seem to be getting applied sensibly just now.
