Which captains actually agreed with this rule apart from cobras by the way? Because it seems hard to find them currently!
One's that agreed then have now changed their minds
Can we know who were ment to have agreed then? Because at the moment only one I can see that has changed is Spoonie

besides whether other clans have been left to crumble , this one hasn't. There were different circumstance as to why it crumbled. One being the captain not online and no designate vice at the time. cmurphy has done well to get the clan back into shape and be sure that this is a one off.

Any other clan would have been left to crumble, the friendly was made clear that it was to show if the clans were reliable, TFK made it clear they weren't reliable then... and once again made it clear they were weren't reliable in the 1st fixture!

Right, I may as well add my thoughts.
I don't know all of you here, but wow there were quite a few rather harsh comments made earlier.
Whether you agree with this decision or not, surely it is not grave enough to cause this much of an argument. If this keeps up I can easily see runners deciding it is not worth the trouble.
Would you rather have no league than a league where some exceptions are made to get games played?
Yes, it may seem a bit unfair, but you've all voiced your opinions now. The runners can decide how to continue and their decisions should be respected (even if you don't agree).
Go ahead and boycott the fixture or the league or whatever else you're threatening. you're only harming yourself and the league.

Dgen ain't our captain though, surely that would involve talking to Jay, Mich or Seb?

The reason pre-season friendlies were brought in was for new clans to prove reliability so we could avoid loads of defaults and also clans folding, in the past clans have been refused entry due to being unreliable, going by what I've heard TLK proved to be unreliable in the friendlies, got accepted into the league and look whats happened, the reason for pre-season friendlies needs to be taken serious to avoid situations like this.
After reading what everyone has posted I think for the good of the league and to abide by the rules TLK should sit out the rest of this season and hopefully get themselves sorted out for the start of next season.

Remember people the basic aim is to have as FEW defaults as possible, we do not want to have a situation whereby 1 clan is causing all the other clans problems with being unreliable.
With regards to 9ballsniper1, he told me that he was going to be back on last Sunday with his computer fixed but that's obviously not the case

I also know the names of the captains spoken too, however i wont release them either, but yes i have changed my mind, at the time i was busy and only registered that they were being fair to everyone and not just giving an extension to TLK alone.
However upon reading further into it and realising what could happen if this rule was kept i changed my mind.
I vote for Keeping to the rules, and if need be, removing TLK from FCL for this season.

Cmurphy as far as i know volunteered to help your clan out, without him absolutely nothing would have happened. Although i don't agree with some of the decisions being made, i don't believe this is a one off as you have no one capable to step in when problems occur. Having someone from another clan take over is ridiculous in my opinion! Your players in general are not reliable and do not have a basic understanding of the league and how it works.
It will be a matter of time before it happens again i feel.

i think TLK should get 1 more chance to turn things around, sure they have struggled but from what ive heard they are on the rise, obviously if they get a lot of frequent defaults then we would have to kick them out but it should be a last resort.

2 games played already in fixture set 2. Doesn't seem unreliable to me
18:42 Sun 27 Mar 11 (BST) [Link]
is there anyone actually agrees with giving them an extension apart from TLK members ?
18:45 Sun 27 Mar 11 (BST) [Link]
i dont think they should be kicked out the league, but they should pay the price for not playing the games
