kev mentioned the problem with people getting into fight and then the released player isn't allowed to find another clan.

There is a problem here as well: If the captain gets into a fight with one of his players, he can keep him in the clan and just not play him. There would be no way out for the player...

Good point, but this rule needs to be in place to stop clan hopping. However, if it is clear this is happening then surely the FCL runners should take action and help the player.

Well if you didn't make the change then it was an unauthorized one, which means she was still in your clan at the time so shouldn't have been taken out. Simply, yes

im not the type to prevent players to be named and since UT is folding i dont see the need to prevent UT players from being named.
