*Does the 7 consecutive games mean 7 wins in a row in one game type or all? Just looking through my recent results I won 8 games in a row though in different games, and I know I personally am capable of winning more than 7 games along with anybody on the site having a good day. Also how does the system discern between games won in a tournament e.g. Marathon tournaments or having a perfect tournament.

*In my opinion a 50 point bar is too low and is discouraging for people who are on form. Also it will stop people from playing if they get near it (if they're even aware of how close they get to the 50 points which I doubt alot of people will be). I myself had a bad hour on 9ball and lost 30+ points i think so it's not diffult to lose 50 points at all. How does Killer fit into this as it's the easiest game to win 50+ points in a day and not sure whether the 7 consec wins are the wins on your profile because if you win 10 man killer you get 9 wins on your profile. Will your stats be reset?

I'm skeptical with this decision to be honest

Current proposals are that users will have their stats reset automatically if :

* They win or lose more than 7 consecutive games in any discipline.

* They gain or lose more that 50 rank points in a 24 hour period.

* Play more than 5 ranked games against close friends or relations.

* Regularly lose to friends or relations if drawn against them in tournaments.

Admin will be automatically notified, and users will have their stats reset automatically if cheating is deemed to have taken place, if:

* They win or lose more than etc.

So I went through a shocking spell yesterday and lost 7 in a row, does that mean I get my stats reset?

I don't think you should automatically reset stats and stuff, just have the system to tell you that those people could be cheating.

Some people have lost 10-0 in clan matches, does that mean both people get stats reset?

So does mean that the likes of bastila and ex_champ and lady that who are easily capable of winning 7 or more in row will be reseted

Like alex said i think 7 is too little 15 would be a good cap..

Spinner is on the right track but I believe his ideas are a little off or need some clarification. If you beat 1 opponent seven times in a row are you reset or if you just win seven in a row are you reset? As someone stated above you can easily win 7 in a row in tournaments and gaining only 50 points in 24 hours seems unfair. Players like poolh8r and sachibub do this often as they play any rank in 9ball. I am a huge fan of catching cheaters as I have turned many in, but this idea needs a little changing.

So let's say I have these results in ranked games...
- Straight, 1 win against played A
- 9 ball, 3 wins against played B
- US 8 ball, 2 wins against played C
- Straight, 1 win against player D

BAM! Instant stat reset? I don't agree.

How would the system decide who (close) friends and relations are? So if joesmith_sr (aged 28) plays joesmith_jr (aged 10) in 6 tournaments in 3 days and has an aggregate win of 12-0, a stat reset takes place?
