As soon as I log in, I get auto-logged out

I was in before, no problem, in the middle of a killer game and it logged me out, now I can't log on at all. I've even rebooted my machine, for whatever reason.

Hopefully my work hasn't started blocking java access, cause that would suck....however, if they were, I wouldn't be able to log in at all...I can log in for 1-2 seconds, and it logs me out.

If I line the faint cue ball alongside an object ball to cut an object ball as thinly as possible it misses.. I think this is a flaw, either graphical or code...

Dont mean to be ungrateful, but I dont like the new layout...this is a dig at the other users on here who need everything spoonfed to them..change doesnt mean better..

I gfo into game filter, click on ranked like I'd say 98% of users...then I change game type and the filter has changed back to all...I mean come on, why would I want ranked 9 ball games...then see all 8UK games! ARRRGHHH!

That stupid font as well...I'm gonna need glasses soon too!

It's always been a problem with music, film, games... people just can't accept change. It's looks more commercial, professional and easy-going now, to say the least. Once we get used to it we'll all be head over heels for it.

What easy going about pulling your hair out and rubbing your eyes everytime you try to find a game?

Please take a screenshot regarding your font ul_son, and please don't be patronising about other members.

The ghost ball cursor is much more accurate than the previous cursor (which is still available). The room dialog is easier to navigate now, but remembering your choice could be added. By the way most people enter and find games using the quick game links at the top, so it's no big deal and certainly doesn't effect 98%...

I'm going to restart the server soon, hence cancelled the straight tournament. Sorry to those who entered.

My recent response was aimed at obscurity telling me ill accept change and be head over heels about having sore eyes...

I dont use the quick links I prefer to filter (only once) the games into ranked and the look around the 5 codes on offer.. note: it was possible to scroll through the 6 game lists using the scroll wheel on the mouse.. im annoyed i have to filter all individual games, perhaps you can address that.

My eyes are actually sore from trying to read the font in the game lists. ill try to post a screen shot but if i cant i hope you know which ones im talking about

What's wrong with the font, to me it's not brilliant but still not a problem to read.

Is it just that the white is too bright and needs toned down, or do you find the font too small?

I've just won 2 9 ball games against seperate opposition but not been credited any points for either. Yet I also lost one game against both these opponents too and I lost points both times! Really annoying

It's like having a new cue looks nice, feels nice but it'll never be like your old 1 lol

I had rebotted before, then went to lunch, came back and it's working now....whatever you did (if you did anything), it worked.

Don't know if it's just me, but every now and then it won't let me click the chat bar down the bottom to start typing.

No cursor comes up or anything, then after a few minutes it will be fine again.

I have the same problem (and have always had really), but I'm running Firefox on a linux computer so I always expected it was a focus issue on some sort so never bothered with it.

What *I* do to get around it is to use alt-tab or similar to swap windows a few times (ending up back to the game window). That always seems to fix that issue.

But if this is a problem others have too, I guess it should be looked into.

When I have this problem, it's the same thing as you describe: I can click in the chat input field as much as I like, but get no caret/cursor of any sort and can not type into the field.

On Linux (where the URL on top is not hidden like on windows), clicking into that text field, then back into the chat text field also solves this 100% of the time.
