The IP Tracker would be good but it's bad if someone is in the same family and get told ''you have a account over 800''
But there would be no way to stop the higher players getting In a ''Newbie'' Tournament.
And member total would increase due to the higher plays creating new account just so they can show off in the newbie tournament ''wow I have 30 UK tournament wins even though im a newbie'' but secretly they are mid adept to Proffesional~

I prefer having the one tournament with all the players in it. It's good mixing the top players with the newbies, it gives the new ones the experience they need to go on and win against better opponents, and it gives the top player a different type of game, instead of just playing other top players. After all, the only way I learned how to handle those at the top was by being drawn against them in a tournament. I just feel it would be less exciting for both types of players if there was seperate tournaments.
