When will the tournaments for this be introduced nick ?

I agree...I think we need to keep it! Would take away the skill element drastically.

Please keep it as a one shot one ball rule.
Changing to more than one ball allowed would drastically take away from the experience in my opinion, reducing the skill and thought process needed to build a decent run.

well not really if called pockets were introduced but without called pockets then it should stay how it is except on the break shot.

I haven't played one person who hasn't smashed after break yet, although I'm sure many people do I think it's fine how it is.

I have a new suggestion
You know the shot success counter. I believe that should only start when the first ball has been potted as if you want to play safeties at the start of the break this will be effected.
What are your views?

We played and I smashed, then regretted it immediately. Or was that someone else I played...? egotistical I think

No offence but the only people that smash it are the ones not doing so well...

I think being fouled for potting 2 balls at once is rather harsh.

If the announcement is increased to 30 - will 15+ still appear in our history, or will it need to be 30+? I want 15+, it's the best I can do

The rule needs to be that way - harsh or not.
It prevents "hit and hope" play and encourages risk management between having to break up racks vs. running the risk of potting extra balls.

It wont prevent hit and hopes, its going to be as much a hit and hope game as killer and 9ball, also does it have the skill level to be a ranked game, I dont think so
a game with no real skill and silly rules
had more to say but I better not, might get into trouble lol

I disagree, i've had loads of shots on straight tonight that i could pot 2 balls no problem, yet punished for my positioning and thought into the shot that i'm attempting to play. Personally i feel that's the only downfall of the game.
Hit and hopes happen all the games anyway, what difference would it make in straight?

As a player who has only had 1 15+ run in 3 days of playing i would disagree that 15 is too easy. There are a lot of players on FP that wont ever reach 30 or 25 so in effect will never have the chance of an announcement so maybe set the limit at 20. What is the harm of setting the announcement lower after all this is a pool game as much as a social chatting site

i agree. who cares if there are a few announcements every now and again. its difficult enough clearing one rack, let alone two!!
i think we should have it at 20 or 25. it doesnt hurt.
it wouldnt flood the screen like 7 ballings would
