I woke up today and with a huge smile
Ive not had a dream like that for a while
I was walking holding someones hand
Barefoot slowly on some golden sand
Just me and him and it was just bliss
We stopped briefly and shared a kiss
Walked some more along the beach
Until a huge sand dune we did reach
He lifted me up in his arms so strong
Then he just kept on walking along
He carried me to a secluded place
Then layed me down looked at my face
He ran his fingers though my long hair
And into my eyes he lovingly glared
With no words sed he kissed me slow
My heart was racing, my face a glow
His lips were soft he had a tender touch
My God! How I loved this man so much
Then as we layed there side by side
We just listened to the splashing tide
No words were needed to declare
We both knew what we did share
All of a sudden i was jolted awake
Alarm clock, my dream it did break
But i smiled about time in dreamland
Me and my Lover laying on that soft sand
