Lmao, I love the look of this:

Threave Rovers/Stenhousemuir/Stranraer vs Motherwell

Just how Motherwell have NO IDEA who they'll end up playing

I think most of their fans want Stranraer.

IF St Mirren can cause a shock and win away to Peterhead, I'd much rather travel to Ayr United instead of Hibernian. Ayr is a good day out (having been past 2 preseasons, + League Cup last season). Hibs will knock us out, our record at Easter Road is awful. Plus another game vs SPL opposition = zzzzzzz.

Then again, we wont beat Peterhead

Got to remain positive yoda

See Neil Lennon has had his ban increased to 6 games now following his appeal. That means he'll miss the Old Firm Cup tie, but will be back for the Old Firm league game

You try remaining positive when you support a team who can't score against a team struggling two leagues below you - AT HOME

Get it up him. What is the ban for? Shouting in referees faces, saying there's conspiracies, or something else?

It was for Excessive Misconduct towards the Fourth Official at the Hearts game at Tynecastle. He originally got a two match ban, but the SFA trebled the punishment at Lennon's appeal hearing.

He's apparently going to be appealing that too.

He's a complete idiot. No self respect whatsoever. He's like a different version of Mark McGhee.

Yeah. I've never known so much trouble to have been caused by one manager.

Looks like he's to be brought in front of the SFA again. This time for comments made in post-match interviews after the Hearts and Dundee United games. The Old Firm game which Rangers won 2-0 might come into question too.

I'm sure we all remember the comment he made after the United game where he said the Officials will "probably have their story ready already".

Bet he now wishes he'd kept his big mouth shut

Just typical, just because they're one of the two "big" clubs in Scotland, he thinks they should get everything, forgetting everyone else in the league gets poor decisions against them time and time again. The amount of penalties St Mirren should have had over the years turned down....you don't see us claiming officials are biased (exception from when we play Celtic oddly enough), we just know the refereeing is poor.

Gary Hooper should get punished too. Guys like Gus McPherson, John Hughes, and a player at Falkirk (mighta been our own Michael Higdon) have been punished for much less.

Celtic really do love the attention.

About time these decisions start evening out. St Mirren are owed about 5 or 6 two seasons ago from Celtic, I look forward to finally seeing these decisions come our way.

Everyone knows the refs are poor, it's just Celtic that treat it as a conspiracy and seek to cause as much trouble as possible

Neil Lennon has always been a disgrace - both as a player and now as a manager

He has this "me against the world" attitude that he uses to try and take the flak away from his own underperformance

Any other Celtic manager in the past has held their hands up when results or decisions go against them and take the blame - however Neil "I Think I Am A Hard Man" Lennon blames everyone else - shame that Celtic supporters are too short sighted to see this

question for anyone who might know the answer ( purely out of curiosity)

why did the SFA refuse to extend the season for CELTIC in 2003 when they were in the uefa cup final.? they told CELTIC under no circumstances would any season be extended for any club

then in 2008 RANGERS asked for the season to be extended when they were in the final ( and trashing manchester in the process) and the SFA said........YES and extended the season for RANGERS

It wasn't due to Rangers getting to the UEFA Cup. there where issues like postponements.

SFA statement as published in The Herald said:

..."Games have been postponed for varying reasons this season, with four put back to later dates following the death of Motherwell captain Phil O'Donnell in December.

Eight have been postponed due to waterlogged pitches; the two games involving Rangers and Celtic ahead of
Scotland's crucial Euro 2008 qualifier against Italy were called off after a Scottish FA request; and Rangers succeeded in a request to have their SPL game against Gretna postponed in December to afford them extra preparation time for their Champions League game against Lyon."
