How is it hard to select a red ball on a blue table?

In some table areas, it's close to the 7 in colour!

Could me a monitor / graphic card problem.

I love the 2 ball more than anything else. It's rather different from what I'm used to, mind you, I say used to; I'm terrible at both 9 ball and 8 ball.

Any news on when we are going to get to customize table.

PLEASE can we revert to the old table - or at least one without shadows/shading - JUST until the choice of table colours is brought in as an option.

I realise this current one only probably causes trouble because of monitor or graphic card problems but I have tried adjusting and nothing works.

I believe there are quite a few of us who are disadvantaged currently whereas I am not sure there were any, or at least very very few, before.

Completely agree with arcade on this.

I love the new colors, but definitely looking forward to an option that has flat lighting again, like the old one did.

Doubt Nick will revert it in the meantime tho, it's pretty much double work since working on an option anyways, but hopefully those changes are not too far away.

What helped me quite a bit was to increase the monitor gamma. Not just brightness/contrast, but gamma as well, if your monitor and/or gfx drivers supports it.

(this reduces the impact of the lighting effects dramatically)

They look great stu! Nice one.

Might be issues with lack of contrast on some ball colors, but nice anyways stu :D

And I really hope Nick will pick up on the idea of having a lighted vs. flat version of each color option. (or more precisely, just double the number of color schemes to choose from - half with lamps, half without)

As there is a lot of girls on this site , i think the pink one should be considered.

Yeah I agree not just for girls, but it is a nice colour lol.. Just would need to make sure it wasn't to much of a strain on the eyes

Was just reading on the snooker thread about the option of colours and I've got a question..

When the choice is introduced, if I created a game and chose a red table for instance, would the other player also have to see the red table? Or can they choose their own?

Lol i presumed that you would have to choose when you create a game ands then both players play on that felt, but on snooker theyre saying they think that you will be able to choose your personal one to play on all the time :S
