I've changed the felt colour to freshen up the tables to a nicer blue colour. The blue ball is slightly cyan now to avoid clashing.

What do people think? I know it will take a bit of getting used too. We'll leave it up at least week for this reason.

Please be reasonable in your assesment - comments like "I'm leaving and never coming back" will not be taken seriously

EDIT: adding user choice for table colour is a possibility - if enough people seriously want it!

I want red! Still a good new improvement, but it is a strain on the eyes a bit, and the dark bits are realistic but don't help.

To be honest mate, i much prefer the old one, but im not the only person in the world and if everyone else likes it i'll get use to it. :-)

Yeah definately easier to pot

I don't see why it strains eyes... it's darker hence should be easier!

Possibly people have got a lot more used to it being on the lighter felt... it should be fine after an hour at the most

I think it is fantastic! I really like the advancement...I admire the "two-tone" colour
Will the colour of 8 ball UK change at all or will it's current colour remain?

I think it to dark to play on.
I have seen a idea from another thread being able to chose the colour you are playing on.

Table looks great nick looks tons better more funky altough it does clash a bit with the cushions ya cant see the pockets properly can we have the choice to customize the table we play on please.

but nice changes though
