Also was thinking maybe a pause game option for private games only? the reason i say private only is because i think it may be abused in normal where as friendlies against friends you could use it properly!

I think i have upset you nick, which wasnt my intention. You know what i mean in all these posts that your tearing to pieces.
its a fun online game so keep it fun, being forced to play somebody you dont want too isnt fun. Yeah it cuts both ways if you see it like that, but there are plenty of people who dont think it cuts both ways on the site :)

I imagine you can read my chat logs, so have a look at my conversations with various people around the site today. Thus far, i haven't spoke to someone who likes this update.

The general consensus is if you are so set on having an auto start to the game it needs to be made longer. The pictures at the top-
a) make the screen a lil smaller which you already know
b) make the site look tackier and not so easy on the eye

The colour cloth change option us great :)

There is a lot more lag on the site now, whatever it is and people are confused as to why, if nothing has changed, they are now lagging.

However its your site, and youll do what you will. Its still a good site, and people will still play on it, whatever you do.
I just feel, that whilst you are trying to attract new members to play you may lose some of the older ones.

A premium option would be great right about now, then you could maybe deselect some of the changes and keeo it how it was. A kind of reward to the older, loyal members or anyone who went premium, whilst at the same time not affecting your plans to increase growth on the site

I agree that you shouldn't be forced to play someone you don't want to, but I'm not sure it's changed for the worse that much from before where people would just sit in the room waiting for someone to leave. Neither system's perfect in this regard.

I was thinking that people you have on ignore can't enter your game room, this will at least get rid of some unwanted opponents.

I said before people can discuss changing the auto start time and this is the thread for it. Maybe we can have a vote on here later.

A pause game that either play can unpause at any time would work, I think.

Could we have a seperate 'ignore' list, which could filter out people you don't want to play. As you may not necessarily wanty to ignore them, but just not want to play them

I'm not sure about public as i think some people are more interested in rank than a good game and will unsportingly unpause where as in a private game playing your friends you wouldn't cheat those who you are close to so in this respect i think it may be abused in SOME public games by the MINORITY of players!

I have just lost loads of points. My Dad went on computer, and i stayed in the room, and it autoed i'm not happy now

ouch a 5-0 defeat and a loss of nigh on 20 points all because you left the computer for ten minutes, not through choice.

You should have left the room before leaving the computer man, cos this is gonna happen a lot to people now.

i'm still having trouble accepting i have to play someone who is ranked 870 because i choose the 700 to 900 option , can the ratings not be altered so there is only 100 difference , so we can choose to play people nearer our own ranking ?

Just realised that wont happen in 9ball, unless you're lucky with 2 random shots.

Perhaps we need the log-out lowered to 3 random shots, at least for 9 ball?

No, he was just on one website, then he gave it me back. I watched, him and he didn't take any shots.
