This is an idea still in progress, so please offer any suggestions that come to mind.

Every player can have their personalized logo. When they create a table, shouldn't they be able to have a personalized pool table?

Even something as simple as their profile picture in the center of the table would make the game more personalized as well as more interesting.

People trying to manipulate this by putting confusing patterns as their logo can be policed by site moderators tipped off by people reporting via forums.

A funkypool site logo can be used for tournaments, or the two player's logos side by side.

Tell me what you guys think about it.

The idea is great.

Personally I would prefer it to be next to the table rather than on it (because the policing of disrupting patterns would have to be extensive), but in the spirit of "funky", having it on the table would be good too.

Or better yet - make it optional so people who get distracted by it can turn it off - that way you wouldn't have to moderate the pics too much either

Yes i think it would put me off becuase its not natrual seeing an image in the middle of table lol.

Ok good idea, but only problem i can see is, say the orange ball lands on your logo(deuce2) at some stage.....it may be difficult to see properly.

thats where my watermark idea may be good

how about a avatar on the top of the screen which you can change it's hair colour etc.

plus if the picture is white and the cue ball ison it you wouldn't know where it is lol

I AGREE with smithbit when your shotting an ornage and its landed on the orange logo the player wouldn't beable to see the ball probley.

So there is a sliet problem her Which was a good idea but im upset about lol.
