Before I go to sleep I would like to congratulate nicknax on some excellent updates. I know he has put alot of effort into this league and website, and now with the forums also added it is really making this league the top league on funkypool and is great to be involved with. Let us hope everyone continues to play their games like they are so that he can be rewarded for putting in some serious effort into making this league what it is.

Also, the forums will be a great help to arrange matches and talk about those particular matches and get some proper competitive edge going

I'm afraid that due to other commitments taking up most of my spare time I'm going to have to drop out of the League.

Many apologies, I realise this is inconvenient to those who run and organise the League but at the moment I cannot spare the time.

You cant play killer in this league.
You need 3 players.
You cant play some one fair and square with a third party. It will be open to all sorts of messing.

Personally i think the brilliant user friendly style of this league was class.
The updaters did a great job.

But adding killer is a mess.

Im pulling out. If this brilliant league is gonna have killer in it

don't be such a baby shedcork it will take no time to do

You cant play a head to head game with a third party its impossible use your head man.

Did you read the rules on how to play killer on the website....you make a room with the 2 people facing each other in the leauge in it,then whoever joins the room is seen as the 3rd party,you play the game and if i win i get the points if you win you get the points andif the other person wins it's a draw

I did read the rules and you have explained why i think its unfair.
The third party can influence the outcome of the game
making the whole thing a farce.

Why has it taken until now for people to say they don't like killer? We need feedback on the league otherwise we don't know what people think.

You've only played 15 games so far, I might be wrong but it sounds like you're using killer as an excuse to quit (and killer's been around a while).

For people who don't like killer, it would be much more helpful if you speak up. And also not to quit until it gets sorted. Quitting without giving us a chance to do anything isn't at all helpful.

Sorry people, i would like to quit this league, because i just really have no time for it.. and want to concentrate on the other leagues im in

5 more people to remove from the league then nicknax- im just thanking god i never played nathyboy in the league or id be pulling out too. the amount of people who have come and gone is getting ridiculous.
I said from the beginning that killer wouldnt work for the exact reason theshedcork gave- the third person can influence the game.

I think its a great website with a great set up for the league but whilst people keep pulling out it makes it crap. I lost 8 games vs colins that took me an hour and a half or so to play when he pulled out and i have yet to play a game since for this reason. When the leagues settle down a bit ill play again.

IMO funkypool as a site has a lot of people joining and leaving all the time for various reasons and the seasons are just too long for people to be reliable in this league.

When nick is online next ill point him over here to remove the peoiple who wanna be removed but i think there needs to be a major change to make it successful

if we had played 8 games and then u dropped out- i would wanna pull out too, having played 16 games for no reason
Same with anyone, its frustrating but what else is there to do
