Fairest thing to do would be to remove dr35d3n from the tournament and discount his win against (sorry) high_tops as it would be unfair on high_tops to have a frame recorded against him by a player who instantly declared himself no longer a participant while the other two would enjoy 3-0 wins.

This leave us with the potential jokey situation of a group with two qualifiers by default, but we haven't heard from onua0767 and we don't know officially what he's doing. He'll be gone in the next two or three days anyway if he doesn't play.

The only other solution would be to move a player who has played no games yet into Group A to make it competitive. Which is I think what I might do. Any opinions???

Right, I've been in touch with sporting, and he's agreed to be drafted into Group A. I asked him cos he was my preferred target and I know he's active and would be able to play against both __talented__ and wildfire (and onua of he appears). I don't think I've seen too much of hotpotta around. Many thanks my good man. Update shortly to the thing on my profile.

Group D is complete. That rule change I introduced on 17:24 Sun 6 Jan 08 applies, so shaunbing and I face the possibility of meeting each other in the quarter-finals, I think. And of meeting anyone else, I think. I know the moving of sporting from the group containing me might look a little off, so feel free to interrogate me on sporting reasons.

Group B is currently stuck in gear. But you've all played, so at least we're getting somewhere.

Group C is also very learly finished with the imminent dimissal of hotpotta.

It's looking very good, Ryan. Rememebr that you're all ranked by matches won, so if the winner of jason and poolcue can't beat ritcho, then you're through. If ritcho beats 'em both, you're through.

If ritcho beats one, loses to the other, and this other wins the remaining game, then three of you will be locked on 2 matches won. Then we'll divide you based on frame difference, and then on frames won, and if this fails to split you then we'll create a table based on the results between the three players and see how that looks. But you've played all three games anyway, so if deadlines come into effect and games are unplayed, you'll be in a very good position. But all you can do now is wait and see.
