Nothing so surely about that....

Red Bull clearly has the fastest car at the moment, but today demonstrated several inconsistencies and problems they need to iron out soon if they want to capitalize on their early-season strength.

McLaren has probably the third fastest car right now, behind RB and Ferrari. Very close for third car between McLaren, Mercedes and even Renault though. Even Force India isn't far behind either.

Excellent race today, tons of action, but in the end quite a lottery again in terms of results. Hamilton was 47 seconds behind the leader at the most and ended 2-3 seconds behind in the end. Lots of luck (and bad luck) on safety cars and rain today - but it makes for interesting races, that much is sure.

Now just to hope the stewards aren't retarded for once and actually don't give Hamilton or Vettel punishment for their pitlane racing

In that case both Ferraris need to be sanctioned too.

Its ok Janmb, they only got warned by the stewards, no punishments! Im really loving the Stewards so far this season. They are letting far more racing go on without interfering.
There is an ex f1 driver that joins the stewards every race now to take part in decision making, so that seems to be a big help. (eg. today Alexander Wurz was part of the stewards)

having someone that acctualy races on the stewards side is a great help to both stewards and drivers, he would know if it was by mistake more, if there was nothing he could do etc etc which yes is far better racing then watching 50 cars having a pitlane penalty

Yeah was a cracking race, Button again with his spot on tyre choice, Hamilton's up and down the grid like a yoyo and more overtaking than you can shake a stick at

Don't think Alonso will be in Massa's good book after that cheeky overtake in the pit-lane to make sure he didn't have to queue behind him in the pit-stop, bet there was a few brazilian swear words muttered in his helmet while waiting behind Alonso

That's truly great news - the stewards were running the entire championship into the gutter on more than one occasion in the past seasons

they have for a long long time, but still, the rule changes have still ruined it, its as if they try to fix 1 fault but mess something else up

But was from what I've heard, Red Bull have put the blame more to Webber which I think is..... stupid, yeah Vettel was slightly ahead but then pulled right to get in line for next corner, but clouted Webber who held his ground, but the vibes from Red Bull was that Webber should of conceded and pulled back to let Vettel through cos he was slighter faster at that stage of the race, what a load of tosh that is imo, it shows who Red Bull are putting behind their title challenge, but I'm a big McLaren fan, and how unhappy was lewis that jenson had a go overtaking him? lol, McLaren told both to save fuel cos they were low (which is their team orders to slow down and keep it as it is, cos offical team orders are banned) and jenson has a go to try and take the win from him lol.

6. Liuzzi
7. Massa
8. Kubica
9. Sutil

About time, a non-Red Bull got pole, but they still look strong

Anyone watched the fixed race today?, takes me back to the Schumi days, felt really sorry that Massa had to relieve 1st place to that whining spaniard, remember when he was at McLaren he always moaned to the pitt wall to get Hamilton let him pass, but they wouldn't but now we know why he went ferrari, most probaly insisted he had written in his contract that should it be a 1 2, he had to be 1st.

It is honestly ridiculous, Massa deserved the top spot simply for fighting Alonso off for the entire race! I hate Alonso because he's a moaning annoying pillock who loses his temper if he gets overtaken or fails to overtake someone. It annoys me further that Ferrari give him the car that has a better set up, both cars should be identical in every way, and then when Massa is setting faster times and simply overtakes Alonso i hope he goes and cries to his mummy!
