Well kick them all out then, ban whoever. They didn't hold back when it was England, and never do. Violence and football do not belong together. The worse thing is, England was kicked out because of a load of accidental deaths, although the FA was happy to accept the punishment as they admited that football needed it as violence was starting to become uncontrolable.
