The same thing has been said about computer games and action movies etc.

The simple analogy is this : See the guy who bought a long coat, sunglasses and a shotgun, then went down his street blasting people left right and centre, and because he said it was just "in the matrix", he thought it was ok...

Fact is, there have been many high profile cases where people have tried to "blame" wrestling, and every single one has done nothing but reinforce common sense.

lol wrestling is just a bunch of actors getting paid a lot of money to put on a show.

I always thought wrestling was for kids, especially as I used to like it when i was about 10.

It just doesn't appeal to me anymore - a load of large men play acting or throwing each other around.

I do agree that it is common sense not to just randomly attack someone - but when a lot of little kids are watching it from a young age if violence seems to be the norm, they may be violent when they grow up!

Well forget wrestling then and get on with banning Tom n Jerry! Wrestling doesn't even com close to that level of violence!!!

And yeah, Lockdown is TNA's next PPV. As much of a die hard WWE fan as i may be, they haven't come close to TNA's standard for well over a year now..

I'm not a big wrestling fan, i use to love it when i was younger and have many happy memories of it.

I would like to ask people to keep any negitive comments off this thread, if you like wrestling feel free to post, if not, don't. This thread is set up for wrestling fans, not on wether wrestling is good/bad, or if it causes violence among children.

Haha l i like that i think its funny its true though Tom and Jerry does have more violence than wrestling.

that's put this arguement aside for now i think john has pritty much somed it up "it's all about the women" what if there was no women at all in wrestling would you still watch it ?.

The decent wrestlers never get a chance anymore, which is a real shame. So to be honest, the women's matches are usually break times

ive met MATT HARDY AND LITA wooooooooooooooooooo lol i love wrestling so glad they didnt make taker lose his unbeaten streak at wrestlemania it would of been harsh but i do think they should of given the other title to shawn michaels he carried john cena all the way through that match sorry to any cena fans but he cant wrestle

I honestly believe, given his expressions during the match and on monday night, that even Cena is fed up with it all now!
