Im really gettting bad lagg...
my computer seems to be running fine... (its new)

Nothing wrong with java.
I have no other windows open only the main page and game window.

What could be the problem?
Any idea's how to stop this problem?

I had this problem when I had vista. Now XP pro is installed its running fine.

Apprently the in game adverts slow some users computers down. I don't know the full ins and outs of it, but I don't think it would effect new computers like yours. Has it been fine before or has it just started happening?

this is the first time i logged on funky with my new comp... so i dont know myself.

It could be adverts like hunter said when you get the lag right click on the ads and set quality to low and rewind it, usually stops my lag.

Yes, Spinner I have done everything what nic posted on the forums..
windows live isnt running..
what kind of lagg is it; well soon as i put the mouse on the table it starts to lag my mouse so i can not take a tied shot!
also when the balls are moving they stop then move again.. so annoying..
so is this keybored.. keeps missing what i press i think im to fast for it! lol

To be honest it sounds like you have a problem with the PC itself (If you were serious about the typing thing)

I've never loked for the system monitor in Vista, and i dont have a machine here to check, but i suggest running thta to find out whats eating up the processor and causing you to lag.

Its not network lag, so it must be something local.

Ah! Do you have an ATI Gfx card?

yes there was a problem with my comp the 2nd grafix card was over heating so i removed it... (dell is *hi*)

i have been having connection problems.
slow loading etc but i dont think the grafix card will do much, or the connection. im useing the same connection as i did with my old comp..
my old comp didnt get no lagg at all..

Well why havn't I got lagg there but on here I have? spinner?

There are many kinds of lag. The one you mention seems to be "animation" lag, where the connection is fine but the animation of the balls is affected.

As i mentioned on another thread, i had issues with this until i found alternative drivers for the ATI GFx card i had at the time.

Try a google to see if there are Java issues with the card you have?

(Apologies for my ignorance - how does runescape work? Is it graphically based? I'll check it out when i get a mo )
