The Pentagon, which I think is the largest office building in the world (I could be wrong), has twice the number of bathrooms necessary, because when it was built there were different bathrooms used by different races.

On a similar note, Hawaii tried twice in the 30's to attain statehood, but the Southern states were outraged that a state of the Union might have a non-white majority.

World Cup winner Jack Charlton worked as a miner. He jacked (pardon the pun) that in for a career as a cop. But his Leeds Utd trial was on the same day as his cop interview. He chose the trial. The rest is history.

When electric chairs were first invented, Menelek II of Abyssinia ordered three and then remembered his country didnt have electricity, so he used one of the chairs as a throne. Menelek was also abit of a paper muncher and died after eating a particularly thick Bible!
