Okay, shouldn't be too hard, this. 2001. In a restaurant are 4 or 5 guys in suits leching and leering over a woman (who is very famous as it turns out). The musical quintet in question play the restaurant staff.
The song is a cover of a 1983 chart-topper by a New Yorker.

lol i wasnt on thats why no guesses from me till now and is that a bad thing knowing a westlife video?!
ummm the beginning of the video starts off as a cartoon then back to normal with the car upside down spinning around with two people fighting in it. then it shows you what happened two days earlier. all they do in the video is argue/fight! there is also a scene where the person is covered in flower petals (maybe rose petals?) and there is also a xmas scene in it

Aye, sorry... Okay, the video's 1992, and the band are going around Tokyo, and maybe too other places in Japan. They're all wearing sunglasses. Among the scenes is one in front of a big wheel with the time displayed on a huge digital screen, sort of.
The band are from the same country as Funkypool member the_goonies.
