I think a nice wet one is better, rather than flicking it, you can just wipe it down your enemies face or back, depending on how brave you are. Unfortunatly me and my mates where all a little too brave when 'having a laugh', one time we played war, me and one of my friends were positioned in a window, my other 2 friends were down stairs in the garden, and we threw what we could at each other. It's always best to have a spare old nintendo to throw at your mates head, and yes he did scream for abit, but we then carried on drinking! (yes we were 18)
