i have recieved replys. I think u dont recieve replies if you just send complaint but if you send them an email they do reply to that - contact us.

My Idea.
There is a staff office for the mods and admins to go to. They could sit in there and be able to moderate the chat log from there with little buttons to flick through members bar chat room etc. they could then see who is causing the trouble then enter and deal with them appropriately.

Anyone getting this?

Got that Beannie, and it's good.

There are quite a few methods of observation in place already, but the problem remains that there still needs to be a mod online to use them.

The main thing is that mods are getting recruited on a monthly basis - there are now 8 more mods than there were 4 months ago, and the number is constantly rising. The recruitment process is now much faster, but it can't be rushed, as getting the wrong mods will cause problems rather than solve them.

The bright side is that with numbers increasing all the time, coverage will keep on improving.

We should clone martin_blank and spinner and assemble an army!! What do you think?

No need to say sorry, it's much better to raise an old thread than start a new one if you can. It shows you've spent some time searching for the relevant topic, hence we're (as in other users not just mods) are more likely to spend more time in return.
