England getting back to form that gave them the web ellis in 2003 (albeit a mainly different squad).......totally demoralised france, a fine sight too see against any nation.

I don't think that's accurate. They done well and I must say I enjoyed watching them, but France were limited and, to be honest, rubbish! They have a long way to go to get even close to 2000-2003 form, but today is a great confidence boosting win that should lay the foundation for bigger and better things Well done England.

Lets be fair - France wasn't allowed to play. Our forwards smashed and hammered them. Granted their backs were dropping the ball a little more than usual but all down to English pressure.
(Not very often you see Chabel stripped of the ball)-

I was as shocked as the next man with the points win. I knew we had a good win in us, but I didn't expect to see it against France.

And all of this is down to Wales!! It was because Wales didn't identify the weak blind-side that the French run that England were able to. As soon as France tried to correct the blind-side problem England threw the ball out wide. Match won, thank you Wales.

I don't think we're anything near the form we were in 2000-03. However we have a basis on which to build now. We're also showing we have that strength in depth which is so vital to any team winning.

What a sight. You seen the French faces? THEY kicked the ball out. They were done! What a sight!

I actually think our hardest game is gonna be against the Scottish..........

Ireland team to play Wales:

Kearney
Bowe
O' Driscoll
D' Arcy
Fitzgerald
O' Gara
O' Leary
Horan
Flannery
Hayes
O' Callaghan
O' Connell
Ferris
Wallace
Heaslip

Flannery and Heaslip return as expected. Must say I'm a little disappointed O' Leary is bac in for Stringer, I don't feel O' Leary brings as much to the game as Stringer, he is ridiculously slow with ruck-ball. He is only chosen because he is better at kicking from hand at the base of ruck/scrum than Stringer.

Wales team

Byrne
M Jones
Shanklin
Henson
S Williams
S Jones
Phillips
Jenkins
Rees
A Jones
Gough
A-W Jones
R Jones
M Williams
Powell

Too many Jones's in that team

No surprises there either really, I find it a bit harsh on Roberts to be still on the bench particularly after his display against England, but if you have got two double Grand Slam winning centres at your disposal it's no surprise to see them together again. I can't wait!!

Tick tock tick tock.........

Be a great day of rugby tomorrow.

Obvious Grand Slam game, although I think that'll be boring out the three.

England VS Scotland will be a cracker I reckon. They're both gonna go for it, or lets hope. And I reckon Italy will have a half decent poke at the French, but still lose by 15 points!

*Ahem clears throat*

Ireland's Call
Come the day and come the hour
Come the power and the glory
We have come to answer
Our Country's call
From the four proud provinces of Ireland

Ireland, Ireland
Together standing tall
Shoulder to shoulder
We'll answer Ireland's call

From the mighty Glens of Antrim
From the rugged hills of Galway
From the walls of Limerick
And Dublin Bay
From the four proud provinces of Ireland

Ireland, Ireland
Together standing tall
Shoulder to shoulder
We'll answer Ireland's call

Hearts of steel
And heads unbowing
Vowing never to be broken
We will fight, until
We can fight no more
From the four proud provinces of Ireland

Ireland, Ireland
Together standing tall
Shoulder to shoulder
We'll answer Ireland's call

Lets go wooo

Ireland Grand Slam is written in the stars, it will take a monumental effort to stop it, and if Wales do that today, then, in my opinoin, they will show that they are the best on this side of the world. The country is covered with Irish people, they have better record against us in Cardiff than we do aginst them and they have all, every last bit of the momentum and conifdence.

I know I scrape the barrel with my views on rugby as my heart always seems to talk over my head, but stopping the momentum and confidence of this irish team will be massive, it will arguably be bigger than winning the Grand Slam last year. It will show sutained success and how far this team has come to win ugly and win playing very poor compared to the autumn and what we all know they are capable of.

Nobody will be grudge Ireland a Grand Slam over here, afterall you are our celtic cousins and both coutnries have always had great relationship.

It has been a long time coming, hopefully we can see a great spectacle with both teams playing with the passions, flar, commitment and skill we all know they are capable of, and finish this 6N on a high.

Best of luck

Suppose we'll have to see!

But honestly I have this feeling that it's going to be the air ping-pong game, like against England, where the ball is belted from 22 to 22. I hope I'm wrong, as I think both teams should be showing the fans how the game is played.

I should imagine France VS Italy will be the 'boring' one. I'll still be watching from beginning to end!

However to contradict that, the Scots have a thing about making England games boring.........

Either way it'll be a cracking day.

Good luck Ireland, I'll be shouting for yous!

WE ARE THE CHAMPIONSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS WE ARE THE CHAMPIONSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I'm not gonna lie I'm close to tears, the greatest moment of Irish sport I have ever seen, and probably ever will see. I don't even know what to say, this is just UNBELIEVEABLE!

Ireland salutes you, Brian and co.

I have never felt so sick and low in my life, that Welsh perfmrance was a disgrace. We have ego problems and are not half the team we have made out to be, as proven this championship. I hope this knocks that Welsh team as mcuh as it will knock the Welsh public and they can now try and go forward, rather than backwards like they have this 6N

We were ucky to actually have a chance, Ireland were a different class, not good, but just better on the day. Well done Ireland, enjoy it and have a great 12 months you thoroughly deserve it

Right now that the 6 Nations is over and Ireland are deserved Grand Slam winners, I'd like to see the true rugby fans name their honest Lions 22, I'll come up with mine later...
