It's a joke. We have some of the best players in Europe and easily one of the best finances, but the powers that be are a joke!

The funniest thing is, Johnson doesn't have the best track record as a coach, but has been appointed director, with Holley still head coach. So they have Johnson, who has only had success as a skills coach with Wales in 2005, coaching the the Ospreys coaches?!?

Keeping Holley on in any capacity, the man behind Lyn Jones failure(look how good he is making to Dragons right now), is dam annoying and frustrating, he has to be Cuddy's step son or something

Big day...

Italy have the best chance they've had to date of beating England today, but England will still win comfortably, about 10 point win I think, not convincing though.

France VS Ireland is the big one, whoever wins will probably be favorite for the tournament, I'll go with an Ireland win, I think I'd prefer that in the long run

Looking forward to today, nice warm up for tomorrow

I reckon the French are gonna beat us, Paddy Wallace at inside centre is gonna struggle, even with God (O' Driscoll) alongside him. 5 or 6 point victory for Les Bleus!

As for the other game, I'll go with Sporting in an England victory, but I'll say 20-22 point victory

This is painful, especially from Italy.

England have not done anything, they would be losing if Italy had a scrum half ! It's so rubbish

Hopefully one of these two teams can play some rugby in the second half, definitely not raising any eyebrows.

Haskell before his sin bin looked class, as did the English front jumper in the line-out (Kennedy I think) Other than that, England don't look a threat at all, look forward to seeing Foden and Tait, they might bring a threat and some excitment.

Got to say, Italy were the far Better team in the second half.

England are poor at the moment, I just hope they stick with the same team next week, with the, why break a winning team method, would be happy with that.

Still a good solid win, given to them on a plate, but a win is a win and they still have a chance of a grand slam........ (Lol)

Really looking forward to France VS Ireland, I think this is going to have a massive effect on the champinship, as I see one of these two winning it.

FODEN!!!!? Why was he bought on? Awful. That has to be the worse match I've ever seen.

Should of been a 50+ winning game, apply pressure, open the game and we'd have won by 50+ easy without much effort. Instead England make it hard for themselves!!! I think we need to get out of the 2003 mentality, kicking possesion and using the forwards to gain advantage - we have some of the most talented backs in the 6 nations yet don't use them.

If we're going to try play like that week in week out then we don't stand a chance.

Plus side is Harry Ellis - great player and deserved man of the match. Cueto doing ok too. Goode proving why Leicester got rid of him, runs out of options at time, however we don't want Cipriani in either as he's worse......

Positive note for Italy, great defence and are now starting to run with the ball and have the talent to do so.

No point having the Armitidge brothers if your not going to use their talents, may as well have bigger forwards so our scrum is more reliable.

Thank god there is a real game of rugby on in a minute. France for the win so long as they have some cohesion, very talented team this year! (Mind I said that last year)

Rob Kearney is an absolute beast, said it before, and I'll say it again, one of the best full backs in the world at the moment, probably the best in the 6 Nations (maybe Lee Byrne might have something to say about that)!

I almost got my England prediction right, just hope my Ireland one is wrong

Edit: Oh my, what a wonderful try..and conversion

Edit 2: OH MY GOOD GOD WHAT AN AMAZING IRISH TRY, SIMPLY BRILLIANT! Kearney and Heaslip, brilliance!

Both teams looking good, France do look more of a threat with the ball though. Can't wait for the start of the second half, great game.

Two great tries. Byrne will definitely have something to say about that statement Niall

Why couldn't we play like this at the World Cup? We could beat ANYONE in the world of rugby if we played like this consistently, best performance I've seen in a long long time!

Absolutely delighted for Gordon D'Arcy - I was disappointed he didn't start - he has had a tough 12 months, and in some ways I was kinda glad to see Paddy Wallace get injured

Outstanding Irish performance, I just hope I'm not putting the jinxers on it now...

Based on that performance, they are one of the best teams in the competition, no doubt!

If both France and Ireland could play that against SH oposition like that then they might get somewhere, some great rugby.

You hear England actually won something? 7s in Wellington - beat New Zealand! Take what ya can is what I say......

Looking to be a good 6 Nations!

The one thing I hope for now is that we can keep that level of intensity up for the rest of the games...too often Ireland tend to follow up outstanding performances with lackluster ones, hopefully not the case this time around!

Reckon we have got to be favourites for the Championship...Wales away could be the decider, very early days though! Looking forward to tomorrow's game now

Ooooof, they do look good. Worst thing is, you've got passed France, who now need to get passed us to stand a chance and we still have to go to France. I was nervous about tomorrow this morning, now I'm very very nervous

I wouldn't mind people, mainly media taking all the pressure of Wales and turning to Ireland, but I'm pretty sure the team talk now is to go out and show what we are made of tomorrow. It's such a tricky game, we have a crap record in Murrayfield, that may explain why I'm so nervous, but hopefully we go out and show Ireland and France what they are up against. Still don't think that was as high a standard as Wales in the autumn, but was still very classy.

Ireland my favorites now though, tomorrow is going to be interesting

Also, great week for the NH 7's teams. Wales and England beat New Zealand !

I absoultley loved the Italy v England game,
it was the only game were i have sat down and fully watch a rugby game(apart from world cup final against South Africa) that forward filling for scrum half i think it is was absoultly shocking but it is an unusal spot for him and it wasn't his folt but his throughs was terriable lol.

gd win for England!
also Ireland.

Great win for Ireland, especially after their poor 2008 campaign. Come on Ireland!
