England have a load of injuries, so dont get to excited about next week

I'm sure you will do well next week

I was worried about the injuries, however looking at the bench we had, and knowing what we've also got in the Premiership I'm not so worried. Just more dissapointed that I won't get to see as much talent. Strettle and Tindle are both exciting players and a big loss!


I think it's the equivalent of Wales losing Henson and Hook!

Just read Tindle is out for the whole of the six nations now!

Varndell of Leicester Tigers might stake a claim in the squad after a good performance against Ireland A team on friday at Welford Road! Would suit the current set up of the England squad too I think, fast and furious!

I think we can safely say England are out of contention for the 6 Nations title.

We'll be using players from the 1st division if we get any more injuries!

lol. I think your team might suprise you and do very well, some of these injuries could be a blessing in disguise, especially the Vickery one. Castrogivanni would wipe the floor with vickery but Stevens is a different matter, much fitter, stronger and on form. I think on sunday, you will be a very happy man


As for me, im rather nervous about tomorrow! Scotland gonna come out firing and if we dont stand up and play a thousand times better than last week, we will loose.


So fingers crossed for both teams.

Lisa .......You are right !! Mike Phillips is the key here!! he has matured a lot in the last year or so...but i think he still has that unexpectability about him! (If thats the right word).

I don't think it is Phillips who is the key (in a round about way) I think your forwards need to stand up and play a tough game, especially against the Scots!



I'm not a Vickery fan myself, gets caught out cheating too much, I do prefer Steven's, he's alot faster and I think he had a good world cup! I'm not happy about Strettle, such a great player. Sheridan is a big loss, same with Mike Tindall. The lost goes on as you know, but it'd be hypocritical of me to blame that on anything as I'm always lecturing my Welsh poppet, Stella, that injuries show what depth you have in a team, I don't believe that Italy, Ireland or Scotland have any depth, England will remain to be seen!

France are the team to beat this tournement, although they're nothing special, yet!

Go Scotland and Chris Patterson!

Scotland still in with a shout! Although their none to impressive, Wales will be very disappointed they're not 30 points in front!


I can't see Scotland winning this game, I know people would of said it last week about Wales, but Scotland have nothing when coming forward, Wales do!

I think we can safely say Wales are back, and back playing sexy rugby.
Not completly back, but nearly there. The one big downer is only winning by 15 points and maybe guilty of trying to hard at times!
Got a nice little break now to give Gatland more time with the team, and hopefully sort out the little things that are gonna cost us so much against France and Ireland.


Things are engouraging.

Sexy Rugby against a team that couldn't get out of their 22! I'll bow down a little when you play sexy rugby - unpunished against the likes of France and Ireland!


Scotland are just one big disappointment, they just can't score tries at the moment, real shame as they do have some talented backs!

Leicester Tigers had a good win yesterday against Gloucester!


Now for England........

We just beat a team that was higher in the world ranking than us, got further in a world cup than us, have a pack twice the size of us, and the the thrid favourites for the six nations.

Fair enough they have been dissapointing, but we beat them and beat them playing better rugby than we have played for years, so its enouraging

Who else thought England played amazing?

Hat off to Italy though, I thought they played exceptionally well.

Who else think Alan Rolland should be hung? Worse ref I've ever known, Mr Inconsistant!


Ah well got the win, think we need to work on playing rugby for a full 80 minutes!

Agree with Rolland, he is suppose to be th best in the world, but has had two stinkers so far!

England need help, they are so un-fit and just......stupid! But like you say, hat off to Italy. Lets hope Wales dont have to go the the twitchy moments like England and Ireland had too the last two weeks.

Rolland has actually had three stinkers which I've watched (world cup final) I don't know why people say he's any good, I hate the man, hate him I say!


I think he was unfair to Scotland last week, and he was just stupid this week to both teams. Ah well, have to see what happens next games, might get interesting!

Well its about time the English backrow showed some metal,i must admit i was a bit tetchy when the onslaught from the french in the 1st 15 mins in the second half, but no,a pleasant spectacle of good old fashioned rugby by England, lets just maintain that now and hope Wales can come a cropper in there last two, i dont want to cheer the french or scots but i just may have too...or do i? hmmm tricky one that......

If we can beat Ireland, then do not loose to France by 80 odd points.......

Although Rugby has turned nto a funny old game, use to be the best team won, I don't think it's like that any more.
