People are always going on about the legends of this site and who the best players are. I have an idea that they could be put into a Hall of Fame, possibly on an external site. Players could be nominated and then it could be decided who is entered into the Hall of Fame. What do you think?

Nominated....i like the sound of it. You could just nominate someone on the forums every month.

I was thinking more of once every fortnight or less, but I'm glad you like my idea. I was thinking that once they were nominated, then a number of people would need to give them a vote, with a reason why they should be in the hall of fame.

You can also nominate players that don't exist any more and players from Poolsharks.

The most important thing is that there could only be one entrant every so often, or everyone would simply end up in it!

I'd say one a year would be practical and fair.

Votes every month then the person with the most votes after 12 months gets into the hall of fame...

Its just that any more frequently than that may look cool for the first while, but it would make being in the hall of fame meaningless.

i reckon that itd be a good idea to have 5 or so founder inductees, people could then be added periodicly. when you go patch can i have your ipod, mines nackered

I was only joking about my desire for premature death. I mean for this Hall Of Fame to have all of the great players and people from the past and the present and so if there is only 1 entry per year, it would mean that most great players would never get in. I want there to be lots of people in there, but not enough to make it meaningless. And gutted about ur ipod ison. I like your idea of founder inductees though.
